📦 স্টকের প্রাপ্যতা: প্রোডাক্টের প্রাপ্যতা সম্পূর্ণভাবে স্টকের উপর নির্ভরশীল। কোনো প্রোডাক্ট স্টকে না থাকলে আমরা দ্রুত আপনাকে অবহিত করব এবং বিকল্প প্রোডাক্ট সাজেস্ট করব অথবা রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুসারে পেমেন্ট ফেরত দেব।
💰 মূল্য পরিবর্তন: কোনো পূর্ব নোটিফিকেশন ছাড়াই প্রোডাক্টের দাম পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। আমরা সঠিক দাম প্রদর্শনের সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি, কিন্তু বাজারের পরিবর্তনের কারণে দাম কম-বেশি হতে পারে।

🔒 একাধিক অ্যাকাউন্ট: একই ব্যক্তি একাধিক অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলে অফার বা ডিসকাউন্টের অপব্যবহার করলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হবে।

৪. ডিসকাউন্ট ও অফার
🎫 কুপন পলিসি: ডিসকাউন্ট কুপন বা গিফট ভাউচার দিয়ে কেনা প্রোডাক্ট রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জের আওতায় পড়বে না।
☝️ ব্যবহারের সীমা: একটি ফোন নম্বর বা ইমেইল দিয়ে নির্দিষ্ট অফার একবারই ব্যবহার করা যাবে।

৭. অর্ডার বাতিল
🔍 কোয়ালিটি চেক: ডেলিভারির আগে কোয়ালিটি চেকে সমস্যা পাওয়া গেলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
📦 স্টক আউট: হঠাৎ স্টক শেষ হয়ে গেলে বা ইনভেন্টরি ত্রুটির কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল ও রিফান্ড করা হবে।

৮. শিপিং এবং ডেলিভারি
🚛 ১,০০০ টাকার বেশি অর্ডার করলে বিনামূল্যে ডেলিভারি পাওয়া যাবে।
✅ অর্ডারের সময় একটি নির্দিষ্ট ডেলিভারি জোন এবং এলাকা বেছে নিন যেখানে আপনাকে ডেলিভারি ফি সম্পর্কে অবহিত করা হবে। আরও দেখুন

৯. রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ 
🔄 প্রোডাক্টের বর্ণনা বা ছবির সাথে মিল না থাকলে অব্যবহৃত অবস্থায় আমাদের রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড নীতি অনুসারে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে।
